Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk (UR)
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 27 years for General candidates (plus 10 years for PH candidates), 18 – 30 years for OBC candidates (plus 13 years for PH candidates), 18 – 32 years for SC/ ST candidates (plus 15 years for PH candidates), 40 years for Govt servants as on 31-11-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/ university, should have typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, type test and interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.50/- through Postal Order payable at Chandigarh in favour of Director, NCC Dte PHHP&C. SC/ ST, PH & Ex*servicemen candidates are exempted from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of age proof, 10+2 certificate, caste certificate, Postal Order, a certificate from competent authority in case of Physically Handicapped candidates & other relevant documents, one passport size photograph should be affixed on the application & 2 additional photographs duly endorsed with name of the applicant & fathers / husbands name on the back side of the photograph etc on or before 17-10-2014 to Additional Director General, NCC Directorate PHHP&C, Kendriya Sadan, 5th Floor, Sector-9A, Chandigarh-160009.
